Ticket Office Hours
The Owensboro Convention Center Guest Services Desk is typically open Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. The Ticket Office at the Owensboro Sportscenter is open usually one hour before doors open for an event until approximately 30 minutes to one hour into the event. Many ticketed events at the Owensboro Sportscenter are available for purchase online at OwensboroTickets.com.
Tickets may be picked up at the Will Call window beginning one hour prior to the event. The customer must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the ticket. Tickets will only be released to the person whose name was provided with the ticket order. However the Owensboro Sportscenter is not responsible for unclaimed tickets.
Accepted payment methods for tickets include cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
No refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased for any event. In the event that a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information will be immediately sent to the local media for distribution and placed on our website (www.OwensboroSportscenter.com). If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase. Scalping or selling tickets at or near the venue is prohibited.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
If tickets are lost, stolen, or not received in the mail, customers need to contact the original point of purchase. The Owensboro Sportscenter will do its best to replace the tickets, but re-issuance of a lost or stolen ticket is not guaranteed. If original tickets purchased can be verified, the Box Office will replace the ticket. Valid photo ID is required.
