JL Promotions and the SPF will be in Owensboro, KY! Come out and enjoy an EPIC day of competition! This event will be fully sanctioned by the Southern Powerlifting Federation (SPF) and will cap at 70 Lifters.
Divisions – Equipped Single Ply, Equipped Multi Ply, Equipped Unlimited
No Saturday morning weigh-ins.
Admission is $20. All tickets will be sold at the door.
8:40AM – Start of Competition – Squat / Bench / Deadlift
6PM – Awards Presentation
